01 - The challenge
ABC Group required a secure internal e-commerce platform for approximately 1,500 staff members. Access had to be restricted exclusively to verified employees, while accommodating users who did not have corporate email addresses and needed to log in and shop securely from their own devices and networks.

02 - Our approach
We worked closely with the client’s HR team to obtain and validate the staff database. Since every employee had a registered mobile number, we designed the access system around SMS verification, allowing us to pre-register authorised staff and remove the dependency on email-based account creation.
03 - The solution
Meta-Labs developed a branded staff e-shop with pre-created user accounts and OTP-based authentication through an SMS gateway. Verified employees could securely access the platform, browse available products and complete purchases through an integrated secure payment channel, while unauthorised users remained fully restricted from the system.
04 - The outcome
Approximately 1,500 verified staff members were successfully onboarded and given secure access to the e-shop across their personal devices and networks. The platform has remained under ongoing Meta-Labs maintenance for more than two years, demonstrating its reliability and long-term operational value. A written client testimonial is also available.
