01 - The challenge
La Maison Sablon was operating with an ageing Shopify website originally developed in Belgium. The client wanted to improve the existing platform while working within a limited budget, but the site was too outdated to justify further investment. Content collection was also challenging, as the client was not highly comfortable with technology.

02 - Our approach
As the client is French-speaking and based partly in Belgium, our ability to communicate fluently in French helped keep the process smooth. We developed an initial prototype, then used online meetings and remote desktop sessions to help retrieve, organise and classify the required content directly from the client’s computer.
03 - The solution
Rather than patching the old Shopify website, we offered the client a more accessible commercial arrangement for a completely new platform. We developed a fresh premium website from scratch and also improved the quality and presentation of the supplied product imagery to create a more polished and consistent overall experience.
04 - The outcome
The client was highly satisfied with the prototype and responded positively as the new website progressively came to life. The completed platform gave La Maison Sablon a more refined and professional digital presence that better reflects the quality of the brand while remaining practical and manageable for the client.
